Katla chocolate cakes never last for long!
(Oil can be used instead of butter and water instead of milk)
Ingredients:
- 275 ml cold milk
- 80 g. melted butter
- 1 package of Katla cakemix
- 3 eggs
Preparation:
- Pour the milk (water) and butter into a bowl
- Put the cakemix into the bowl with the eggs
- Stir it for about 2 minutes
- Pour the mixture into a greased form and put it in a 180 ° C hot oven for 20 minutes.
- Let the cake cool for about 10-20 minutes
- The chocolate glaze: Melt the chocolate over a water bath and stir it. Cool slightly and put on the cake
- Garnish the cake in the way you like it.
