Katla is perhaps best known for its consumer goods. The most popular ones are household names in Iceland. These include the easy baking goods like "shake and bake pancake" (American and European), the "shake and bake waffles", cookie dough (chocolate, white chocolate, oatmeal, licorice, pepper, ginger, caramel) and our chocolate cake mix. Other popular baking products include brown sugar, baking essences, icing sugar, baking soda as well as other products like bread crumbs, table salt, and Epsom salt. Katla‘s consumer goods can be found in almost every grocery store and supermarket in Iceland.
