Hot chocolate in Katla’s way.
Preparation:
- 2 dl of water
- 45 gr Katla icingsugar
- 2½ tbsp Katla cocoapowder
- ¼ tbsp Katla salt
- ½ l milk
- ⅛ l cream
Bring the water to boiling with cocoa, icing sugar, salt and then add the milk and cream. Soak with whipped cream and enjoy!
